Sarah Michelle Gellar's 14-year-old son Rocky is following in his father Freddie Prinze Jr.'s footsteps, pursuing a career in motorsport and racing with a dream to compete at the F1 level.
I'm still grinning from ear to ear after hearing about Sarah Michelle Gellar's 14-year-old son Rocky's latest venture - he's taking his passion for racing seriously. Rocky is competing in motorsport and has a dream to compete at the F1 level. I'm left wondering how this young kid got so into racing.
Racing Dreams Run Deep in This Family Legacy
Rocky's love for racing isn't just a phase - it's a family affair. His parents, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr., have been married since 2002 and have enjoyed a quieter life since their nuptials. Having a separate bathroom from his husband has kept their 23-year marriage intact, according to Sarah Michelle Gellar.
The Racing Bug Bites Early
I've been thinking about what drives someone to take up motorsport, especially at such a young age. He'd watch his parents' old racing videos and be fascinated by the speed and thrill of it all.
It's not hard to imagine why Rocky would be drawn to racing - both his parents have a history with the sport. Freddie Prinze Jr. Was part of the popular TV show "I Know What You Did Last Summer" in 1997, which featured a character who was an avid racing fan. Sarah Michelle Gellar has also been involved in various charity racing events over the years.
It's clear that Rocky's passion for racing is more than just a phase - it's a genuine interest that he's dedicated to pursuing. And with his parents' support, who knows what the future holds for this young motorsport enthusiast?
